The quote tool
The quote form collects: gender, date of birth, health self-rating, tobacco use, desired coverage sum, and policy length. These details travel to the carrier quote system to generate rate quotes but aren't retained on this website. No contact information—name, address, phone, or email—is needed to retrieve quotes. Identical repeated requests may pull from a temporary cache to avoid re-querying the carrier system.
Applying
When you proceed to apply, the data you entered gets transferred into a secure application interface managed by the carriers' technology, subject to their confidentiality rules. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, manages your application as a licensed California insurance agent.
The contact form
Your contact form message needs: your full name, email, an optional phone, your preferred response method, the reason for contacting, and your message text. The form delivers straight to the agency by email; the email you provide functions as the reply-to address. The website does not archive messages, does not keep a submissions database, and does not log what you send. Browser-side anti-bot screening runs momentarily before transmission.
Measurement
This domain uses a first-party, cookie-free measurement system to track visits. IP addresses are partially anonymized; referral query strings are stripped; historical visit data is purged after 90 days; cookies aren't used; no tracking identifiers are saved. Users with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled in their browser receive no measurement collection.
What we do not do
